Serie di opere in itinere sulla transizione energetica, vista come un passaggio che, allo stesso tempo include il movimento del divenire e dell’essere in questa fase di cambiamento. Camminare verso il nuovo e rimanere in transito. Gestire la transizione ambientale diventa sempre più un compito dove il capitale umano è l’asset fondamentale per garantire lo sviluppo di nuove risorse economiche. Le imprese avranno anche la responsabilità  di attuare concretamente la risposta al cambiamento. L’Europa dovrà promuovere prodotti sostenibili e circolari entro il 2030 e passare alle energie rinnovabili.

Ho interpretato questo argomento che ci rende partecipi a livello personale, in modo creativo. Le prime quattro opere di questa serie le ho scattate in Abruzzo, a 4 km da L’Aquila. Dopo il terremoto del 2009, che ha distrutto questa zona, ho visto che durante la ricostruzione, molti edifici e imprese sono passati  alle energie rinnovabili. Inoltre hanno anche iniziato a introdurre, attraverso un percorso di riciclo dei materiali, un’economia circolare più pulita. Oggi l’Abruzzo produce il 26,6% del fabbisogno energetico da fonti rinnovabili, piazzandosi al settimo posto in Italia, dove la media è del 17%. Ma non è un punto di arrivo, la strada per il passaggio al green è ancora lunga.

Il quinto artwork, nasce dalla sovrapposizione di tre scatti, fatti tra Italia, Spagna e America. Una doppia esposizione e due foto montate con intervento di pittura digitale e manipolazioni, che contraddistinguono il mio modo di lavorare spesso surreale. L’artwork illustra in chiave surreale la tecnologia che sfrutta l’energia prodotta dalle acque di superficie del mare che, con il moto ondoso permette di produrre energia elettrica. La struttura rossa, articolata e cilindrica, grazie al movimento delle onde agisce su dei pistoni idraulici accoppiati a dei generatori, trasformando l’energia meccanica in energia elettrica. É il primo impianto commerciale di questo tipo di energia elettrica rinnovabile, derivato dal prototipo presente in Scozia, ed è stato installato in Portogallo nel lago Aguçadoura

Ongoing series of artworks, on the energetic transition, seen as a passage which, at the same time includes the movement of becoming and being in this crossing phase, Walking towards the new and staying in transit. Managing the environmental transition, becomes more and more a task where human capital is fundamental, to guarantee the development of new economic resources. Businesses will have the responsibility  to concretely implement the response to change. Europe will need to promote sustainable and circular products by 2030 and switch to renewable energy.

I interpreted this topic which makes us participate on a personal level, in a creative way. I shot the first four artworks of this series in Abruzzo four km from L’Aquila. I saw that after the earthquake of 2009, which destroyed  this area, during the reconstruction phase, many buildings and businesses have begun to switch to renewable energy. Furthermore, they started to introduce through a path recycling of materials, a cleaner circular economy. Today Abruzzo produces 26.6% of energy needs, from renewables, placing itself in seventh place in Italy, where the average is 17%. But it is not a point of arrival, the road to the passage to the green is still long.

The fifth work comes from the overlay of three shots, taken between Italy, Spain and America. A double exposure and two photos mounted with digital painting and manipulations, that distinguish my way of working often surreal, with multi- exposures depending on the topic.

This work illustrates in a surreal key the technology that exploits the energy produced by the sea surface waters, which with the wave motion allows to produce electricity. Has a  red structure, articulated and cylindrical, that thanks to the movement of the waves acts on hydraulic pistons coupled to generators, and transforms mechanical energy into electrical energy. The first commercial plant of this type of renewable electricity derived from the prototype present in Scotland was installed in Portugal in Lake Aguçadoura
